£300-£360pd | Inside IR35 | 3-4 months contract Milton Keynes | 3 days in office | Immediate start Recognisable local charity | Great culture | Finance transformation remit INTERIM FINANCE MANAGER | MILTON KEYNES | £300–£360pd | INSIDE IR35 Are you an experienced Finance Manager available immediately and looking for an interim role where you can genuinely make an impact? I’m currently recruiting for an exciting 3-4 month Interim Finance Manager assignment within a highly recognisable charity in Milton Keynes . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance Director , supporting the organisation through a period of transition while also getting involved in some really interesting finance transformation and improvement projects . £300–£360 per day (Umbrella rate) – Inside IR35 Milton Keynes 3–4 month contract 3 days per week in the office 37.5 hours | Flexible start/finish times Immediate start available What will you be doing? You'll have a broad remit across the finance function, including: Leading/supporting the month-end close and management reporting Producing management accounts, commentary and variance analysis Supporting the FD with financial insight and reporting Maintaining strong financial controls and reconciliations Business partnering with senior stakeholders and budget holders Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management Reviewing and improving finance systems, processes and controls Getting involved in wider finance improvement projects Supporting the implementation of a new property management system Managing/supporting a small finance team Helping to onboard and hand over to the incoming permanent Finance Manager What are they looking for? Ideally, you'll be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid Finance Manager-level experience and a strong grounding in month-end and financial reporting. Charity sector experience is advantageous , as is experience with Iplicit or Yardi/property management systems - although these aren't essential. Most importantly, they're looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to hit the ground running.
