PASTRY CHEF

Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts Design and decorate baked goods for display or special events Develop and follow recipes accurately Monitor ingredient quality and freshness Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking stations Manage inventory and order baking supplies when needed

Qualifications/Requirements: Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation Creativity and attention to detail Time management and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Physical stamina for long hours of standing and lifting Culinary or baking experience preferred
