The Role
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker , you will:
- Support children and young people with their daily lives, education, and wellbeing
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Provide guidance and support to the wider staff team
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and record keeping
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain a safe and nurturing home
