Are you an organised and customer-focused HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Temp HR Coordinator to support our busy Human Resources team in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration or coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service to colleagues and stakeholders.
The Role
As a Temp HR Coordinator, you will provide a comprehensive HR administration and coordination service across the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding new starters to managing internal changes and leavers, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
You will also act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering guidance and support to managers and employees while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration processes including offers, new starters, leavers, and internal changes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support managers throughout the hiring process.
- Provide first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the Resourcing Team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and manage start date expectations.
- Support employees and managers with HR-related queries.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Provide general office support including phone cover, room bookings, filing, and post distribution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordination, or HR Support role.
- Experience working within a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service background.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities would be advantageous.
