We are recruiting for a Facilities & Compliance Officer to join a growing organisation in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who wants to develop a long-term career within Compliance, Facilities Management and Health & Safety.

Working closely with the Compliance Manager, you will receive full training and support while taking ownership of key compliance and facilities administration activities across the business. This role has a clear progression pathway, with the opportunity to develop into a Compliance Manager position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the management of Health & Safety compliance across the business
• Maintaining compliance records, policies and documentation
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Coordinating facilities-related compliance activities
• Managing contractor and supplier documentation
• Monitoring training records and compliance deadlines
• Producing reports and maintaining company compliance systems
• Supporting site audits and inspections when required
• Occasionally travelling to other UK locations, including Scotland

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised and highly detail-oriented
• Looking to develop a career in Compliance, Facilities or Health & Safety
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional, proactive and eager to learn
• Previous experience within administration, facilities, compliance, operations or property environments would be advantageous
