Customer Complaints Handler - Nottingham (Hybrid)

We're currently recruiting for a Customer Complaints Handler role based in Nottingham, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a customer-focused organisation with excellent earning potential.

The Role

As a key point of contact for customers with insurance and service-related complaints, you'll be responsible for investigating, managing and resolving complaints from first point of contact through to resolution. You'll work to ensure customers are treated fairly while adhering to FCA regulations and delivering positive outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary: £25,506
  • Average annual bonus potential: £3,000
  • Hybrid working following training
  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • Shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
  • 2 weeks onsite training in Nottingham
  • Start date: Monday 16th November
  • Interviews: 16th & 21st October

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance and service-related customer complaints.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly and provide fair resolutions.
  • Manage complaints from initial contact through to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and company procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Ideal Experience

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in complaints handling or customer retentions .
  • Experience managing customer issues from first point of contact through to resolution .
  • A proven track record of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, investigation and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
