Care Supervisor Location: Chorley, North West.

If you're looking for a role where your leadership truly matters, this is it. Working for a reputable and established company who provide support to vulnerable people with learning and physical disabilities we seek a Care Supervisor to join one of their services near to Chorley.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing and coordinating daily care operations to deliver high-quality support to adults with profound learning and physical disabilities.
• Leading and supervising a team of care staff-guiding, supporting and mentoring them to grow and develop their skills and experience, supporting the manager with day to day operations.
• Assessing clients' needs and helping develop personalised care plans with clients and families
• Ensuring compliance with adult care legislation, policies and procedures
• Keeping accurate records, including rota management, incident reports and staff 1-1s.
• Promoting a respectful environment that encourages dignity, independence and choice
• Supporting recruitment, training and performance reviews to maintain service standards
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, families and external agencies-communicating clearly and resolving concerns

What you'll bring:

• A relevant qualification in adult care, such as Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Leadership and supervision experience, including managing and supporting care teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and adult care compliance
• Confidence in maintaining accurate care documentation and completing reporting
• The ability to work flexibly and respond effectively to changing client needs and working on a rota including some admin hours, and shift work.
