Sales & Business Development Manager

We're partnering with a highly respected professional services firm looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive growth, generate new business and build long-term client relationships. This is a visible, people-facing role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, represent the business at events and play a key part in winning new clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
Networking at events, conferences and industry functions
Running discovery meetings with prospective clients
Building relationships with referrers and key contacts
Introducing opportunities to senior stakeholders and specialist teams
Working closely with Marketing on campaigns and events
Managing pipeline activity and CRM records
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

What You'll Need

Proven business development or sales experience within professional services
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience generating and converting qualified leads
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
CRM experience and a commercially minded approach
A proactive, energetic personality with plenty of drive
