Software Engineer (m/f/d)

at the location in Rastede

Tasks:

• Commissioning of special machines (focus on Siemens PLC and NC control technology)
• Running in and optimizing special machines
• Ramp-up support for special machines and lines
• Software adaptation and function validation
• Carrying out acceptance tests
• Support with documentation
• Troubleshooting
• Safety-related acceptance
• Creation of concepts and software after consultation with the team leader

Requirements:

• Degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, technician training, or comparable, as well as very good basic technical knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in tool and special machine construction
• Good handling / mastery of software design tools (Step 7, TIA, WinCC)
• Practical IT experience (MS-Office, especially MS-Project, ERP applications SAP)
• Good English skills
• Ability to work in a team
• International willingness to travel > 35% is a must
