General Project Manager Factory Integration (m,f,d)

Tasks:

The General Project Manager ensures the successful implementation of large-scale projects in all project phases.

The most important tasks include:

• Responsibility for the complete processing of our large-scale projects to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, costs, quality, and contractual services in all project phases
• Management of the entire project process across all areas (technology, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and site execution)
• Structured control of large-scale projects in all project phases
• Primary responsibility for escalation handling and cross-functional coordination
• Creation of structured monthly reports on project implementation
• Ensuring reliable project processing, customer satisfaction, and sustainable project performance
• Close cooperation with sub-project and project managers regarding resource plans and personnel forecasts

Requirements:

• Ideally a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Factory Planning, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the processing of large-scale projects
• Structured way of working
• Team and communication skills, willingness to travel
• Independent way of working and willingness to take on responsibility
• Good English language skills and confident handling of MS-Office are required
