Project Delivery Support (m/f/d) (Business Administrator (Technical College) - Project Management)

Your Tasks Are you an organizational talent, do you work in a structured manner, and do you maintain an overview even with many parallel tasks? Then become part of our team and support our Project Delivery department in the successful implementation of international broadcast and media technology projects.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and administration of project and offer data in our systems (including SAP by Design and Monday.com)
• Creation of evaluations, overviews, and KPI reports
• Support in resource planning and regular target/actual comparisons
• Collaboration on the documentation and optimization of internal processes and workflows
• Organization, preparation, and follow-up of internal meetings
• Coordination of customer and supplier appointments
• Support in the creation and updating of cash flow planning for projects
• Research and review of relevant tenders as well as preparation of award documents
• Support in the creation of offer documents and administrative documents
• Management and maintenance of standard offer documents
• Interface between Project Delivery and Marketing for the marketing of successfully implemented projects.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers
• Ideally knowledge of SAP by Design, Monday.com or comparable systems
• Strong organizational talent and structured way of working
• High level of initiative and reliability
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously
