Purchasing Specialist / Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You process purchase requisitions and order suggestions in close coordination with the specialist departments.
• You place orders with our suppliers and monitor the ordering process.
• You request supplier quotes, review them, and conduct price and condition negotiations.
• You support Bid and Project Management in the creation of offers.
• You maintain supplier and article master data in the system.
• You create supplier returns and process them reliably.
• You monitor orders and track delivery dates.
• You maintain contact with suppliers and further expand existing relationships.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training as well as initial professional experience in purchasing
• Structured and independent way of working, combined with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, customer orientation, teamwork, assertiveness, and resilience
• Very good MS-Office skills as well as ideally experience with SAP Business ByDesign or another ERP system
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
