LEAD BIM MANAGER

Lead the overall BIM strategy and implementation across projects and business units.

Establish and maintain BIM standards, procedures, workflows, templates, and best-practice guidelines.

Develop and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Ensure BIM deliverables align with contractual requirements, client standards, and relevant industry standards.

Provide leadership and technical guidance to BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, Modelers, and project teams.

Promote continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation within BIM operations. Manage and oversee BIM delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish project BIM requirements, model production processes, information exchange procedures, and quality-control requirements.

Monitor BIM deliverables, milestones, resources, and project performance.

Coordinate BIM requirements between design, engineering, construction, and project management teams.

Identify BIM-related risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Min 10 years of relevant industry experience in BIM management, including proven capability in establishing BIM processes, procedures and project frameworks. A minimum of 5 years experience in BIM management during the construction stage with a successful track record that includes the delivery of no fewer than two (2) project BIM Execution plans for construction stage projects.
