TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Your tasks

Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, specializing in diaphragm walls and piling. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project planning, design, implementation, and monitoring meet technical and safety standards.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to manage project progress and compliance
• Perform civil and structural engineering design tasks to develop safe and efficient structures
• Manage on-site technical, engineering, and administrative matters to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan, implement, and closely monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers to determine optimal materials and construction methods
• Coordinate with architects to ensure structural design safety and compliance
• Analyze structural components using engineering software to validate design integrity
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and computer models to support construction and design documentation
• Execute ad-hoc engineering duties as assigned by the Senior Engineer

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience with Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in designing buildings, civil, and infrastructure works

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in project site coordination
• Knowledge of engineering software and MS Office applications
