Graphic Designer
- Design and edit visual materials for digital and print use, including logos, illustrations, advertisements, social media visuals, brochures, roll-ups, pop-ups, banners, posters, presentations and other promotional items to support campaigns and projects.
- Support event branding by designing backdrops, signage, invitations, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the university’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Review and update existing design materials to improve visual appeal and relevance.
- Ensure all final outputs meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on design trends, digital media, and visual communication practices.
- Support the execution of design projects from concept to final production.
- Collaborate with faculties and departments to receive design briefs, understand requirements, and deliver creative solutions.
- Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality production of design materials.
- Organise and maintain design files, templates, and artwork archives.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or visual communication.
Experience in corporate, educational, or agency environments is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
