Job Role Description:

This position offers a full time on-site role for a sales Unit sales Manager at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited in Ibadan. It is a Salary plus commission-based role with attractive incentives and a part-time employment option.

The Unit sales manager will be responsible for hiring and training marketers, engaging with clients, promoting property options, negotiating sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2years Expeirence in Busienss management, Sales, Marketing
• Candidates should possess a B.Sc., HND, or equivalent degree in any field.

• Proven sales experience and the ability to meet targets are essential.
• Candidates must be customer service-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

• Proficient in strategic communication.
• Marketing and Sales promotion skills
