Multi-skilled Waiter (M/F)

Within our establishment BRIT Hôtel, located in the Reims Neuvillette sector, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the restaurant and escorting them to their table, and performing service for food and drinks.

Your missions:

SETTING UP

• Clean refrigerators, windows, dining room, toilets, and equipment
• Check dishes and cutlery
• Prepare the chalkboard with menus and dishes
• Plan for beverage restocking
• Set the tables
• Clean and tidy the bar
• Respect HACCP standards

WELCOME

• Welcome and escort the customer
• Present the food and wine menu
• Propose the daily suggestions

ORDER TAKING AND DINING ROOM & BAR SERVICE

• Advise the customer on their choices
• Create a manual order
• Present the wine list
• Announce or transmit orders to the kitchen
• Advise on wines and drinks
• Present the wine, let them taste it, and serve the drinks
• Serve at the table according to the establishment's standards
• Adapt the flow of service according to the simultaneous constraints of the dining room and the kitchen
• Clear and set the tables

PREREQUISITES:

• Significant experience in catering
• Mastery of professional English

SCHEDULE:

• Evening service (Monday to Thursday), no lunch service.
• Friday morning worked: dining room preparation...
• You will work mainly from Monday to Friday, exceptionally on Saturday and/or Sunday in case of a specific group.
• 130 hours/month contract
