Responsibilities and duties

• Experience the culture of Grupo Brisanet, actively participating in meetings and contributing to a collaborative environment;
• Propose innovations in the area's routines and processes, in addition to feeding performance indicators and preparing technical reports as demanded;
• Develop, integrate, and maintain systems and microservices, ensuring clean, secure, and high-performance code;
• Implement unit and integration tests, perform debugging, and proactively identify failure points in the code;
• Model and optimize databases (queries, views, and procedures);
• Monitor the health and availability of internal systems;
• Keep technical documentation of APIs and solutions always updated for the team.

Requirements and qualifications

• Practical knowledge in at least one programming language (Ex.: Go, Javascript, Python, Perl or similar);
• Logic and Syntax: Practical knowledge of TypeScript and ES6+ (Arrow functions, Destructuring, Promises);
• Angular Core: Knowledge of Lifecycle concepts (Hooks), Services, Dependency Injection, and Routing;
• Layout: Knowledge of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and notions of pre-processors (SASS/SCSS);
• Knowledge in the development and consumption of APIs (REST, RESTful, and SOAP);
• Notions of relational and non-relational databases (Ex.: PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB or similar);
• Notions of Clean Code, Design Patterns, and architecture (MVC, DDD);
• Versioning and Team Collaboration: Knowledge of Git (Branching, Merging, and conflict resolution). Understanding of collaborative flows (e.g., GitFlow) and respect for team processes;
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum or Kanban);
• Notions of security best practices and compliance with LGPD;
• Technical English;
• Proactivity and Learning: Ability to seek solutions and conduct tasks with the support of the team, knowing when to ask for help;
• Clear Communication: Ability to explain the progress of your tasks in daily meetings (Daily Scrum) in an objective manner;
• Active Listening: Being open to accepting feedback on your code during Code Reviews to drive your continuous development.

It will be considered a differentiator:

• State Management: Contact or theoretical knowledge of NgRx or Angular Signals;
• Testing: Initial experience with writing unit tests (Jest/Cypress);
• Performance: Notions of change detection strategies in the front-end;
• Reactive Programming: Familiarity with RxJS operators;
• Theoretical or practical notions in messaging systems and asynchronous processing (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar);
• Previous contact with market backend frameworks (e.g., Gin, Mojolicious);
• Notions of integration between systems, microservices, and cloud environments;
• Product Vision: Interest in understanding the impact and purpose of the developed functionality for the business.
