PRE-SALES SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - M/F

Description:

You are the preferred technical support contact for customers and prospects. You intervene at all stages of the sales cycle: demonstration, solution design support, BtoB customer demonstration support.

Your mission is divided into:

• Preparing and performing technical demonstrations, in pitches and presentations to customers.
• Participating in project deployment

• Training customer users
• Technical support

• Working in close collaboration with product, IT, and delivery teams to secure deployment
• Frequent travel in IDF

Position to be filled in Nanterre (dept: 92000).

Profile sought:

• Technical training, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience, including significant experience in pre-sales technical support

• Mastery of digital ecosystems (API, integrations, data, CMS)
• ENGLISH LEVEL B1
