Executive Assistant to the Management (f/m/d)

• You support the Managing Directors in all strategic and operational matters, especially on the sales side.
• You take over the preparation and follow-up of management, strategy, and sales meetings.
• You create decision templates, presentations, management reports, and business analyses.
• You coordinate cross-departmental topics within the corporate group.
• You are responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) and steer strategic projects from planning to implementation.
• You coordinate project teams and track deadlines, milestones, and budgets.
• You ensure transparent project controlling and regular reporting for management and shareholders.
• You support the field service organizationally and analytically.
• You prepare sales conferences, annual reviews, and management meetings.
• You analyze the performance of our sales brands Impuls Küchen, puris Bad, and Laguna Badwelten.
• You develop dashboards and monitor relevant sales KPIs.
• You prepare national and international key account negotiations analytically and organizationally.
• You create profitability analyses, business cases, and decision templates.
• You accompany digitalization, organizational, and transformation projects.
• You conduct market and competitor analyses and develop strategic recommendations for action.

• You have a successfully completed degree with an economic or technical focus.
• You are enthusiastic about strategy, corporate development, and project management.
• You want to take on responsibility and actively help shape decisions.
• You think entrepreneurially, have strong communication skills, and work independently.
• You communicate confidently across different management levels.
• You work analytically, in a structured manner, and are solution-oriented.
• You have a strong understanding of business KPIs and correlations.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have proficient English skills, ideally additional language skills.
