For the operational implementation of our online sales activities on the important marketplace Amazon, we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) at our company headquarters in Meschede on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Operational management and further development of the online sales channel Amazon
• Continuous optimization of product content as well as error analysis and troubleshooting
• Creation, maintenance, and publication of product offers and listings
• Maintenance, quality assurance, and optimization of master data in the ERP system (D365)
• Processing, monitoring, and control of customer orders
• Ensuring efficient process flows for all operational customer topics
• Central interface between Amazon and relevant internal departments
• Examination and creation of credit notes as well as invoice corrections
• Conducting market and competitor analyses

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training, preferably as Kaufmann/frau im E-Commerce (m/f/d)
• Ideally initial experience in E-Commerce
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Team-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
• Understanding of the needs of online customers
