Job requirements Core SSE developer, Apex, LWC and Integration Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Develop custom Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages. Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Management Entitlements & Milestones Email-to-Case Web-to-Case Queues and Assignment Rules Service Console Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Approvals, and Validation Rules. Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards. Support production deployments and resolve application issues. Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners for successful project delivery. Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation. Required Skills Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Service Cloud Expertise Case Management Omni-Channel Routing Service Console Knowledge Base Entitlements & SLAs Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case CTI Integration (preferred) Integration REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events Named Credentials Middleware integration experience (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) preferred DevOps & Tools Git/GitHub/Bitbucket Salesforce DX (SFDX) CI/CD pipelines Copado / Gearset / Azure DevOps (preferred) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 4-7 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. At least 2+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce App Builder
