Senior Software Development Lead
Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and related modules, including leadership in solution design and deployment Key Responsibilities:
Drive the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to meet organizational goals
Lead customization and configuration efforts on Salesforce platforms, utilizing Apex Triggers, Classes, Visual Force, Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards
Develop and manage integrations with Salesforce APIs, leveraging REST/SOAP, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and JWT authentication for seamless connectivity
Optimize Salesforce Object Model usage and enforce Governor Limits to ensure high performance and scalability
Oversee deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, including Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, and Git
Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages to streamline development and deployment workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions and manage multiple projects
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring robust and reliable operations
Required Skills:
Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, including Field Service, Case Management, Self Service, and Digital Engagement
Salesforce Sales Cloud proficiency, with experience in Territory Planning
Apex Triggers, Classes, and Visual Force development
Salesforce configuration: Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports, Dashboards
Integration with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO, JWT authentication)
Salesforce DX (SFDX), Scratch Orgs, Unlocked Packages
CI/CD tools and version control systems: Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines
Salesforce Object Model, Governor Limits, Performance Optimization
Platform Events
Middleware integration tools: MuleSoft, Boomi
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of advanced integration patterns and middleware solutions
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce
Expertise in system performance tuning and optimization
Experience managing large-scale Salesforce deployments
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (401) or Salesforce Certified Administrator (201)
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
