Job requirements Experience Range: At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to address complex business requirements Optimize Salesforce data models for integrity, security, and performance across multiple business units Configure and automate business processes utilizing Salesforce Flow Automation and Process Builder Develop and maintain custom Apex triggers, classes, and asynchronous processes to implement advanced business logic Establish and maintain secure sharing models, user roles, and permission sets to uphold robust Salesforce Platform security Integrate Salesforce with external systems through Apex Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools Write and optimize SOQL queries for efficient data retrieval and reporting with large data volumes Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Required Skills: Apex programming language Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce page development Apex triggers and asynchronous Apex Salesforce Flow Automation Salesforce Process Builder Salesforce data modeling SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) Salesforce sharing and security configuration Apex Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado Expertise in Salesforce Shield and advanced security features Advanced JavaScript skills and familiarity with front-end frameworks in Salesforce Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and middleware solutions Salesforce Platform certifications beyond Platform Developer I and App Builder Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
