Specialization Delivery Management: Senior Project Manager

Job requirements Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) project across global markets. • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, QA, and SEO/GEO specialists. • Drive project planning, sprint execution, release management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication. • Gather and manage business requirements, translate them into actionable technical deliverables, and ensure successful implementation. • Manage global rollouts, UAT, go-live activities, and reporting dashboards. • Coordinate with AEM, DevOps, and content teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Required Skills • Strong Project/Program Management experience (10+ years). • Experience working on digital platforms, web applications, or CMS implementations. • Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. • Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Preferred Skills • Experience in SEO, Technical SEO, AEO/GEO, AI Search, or Digital Marketing programs. • Experience managing multi-market/global digital transformation initiatives. • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
