Job requirements Experience Range: At least 10 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 8 years architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions at an enterprise scale Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that align with client business objectives and support long-term growth Lead technical design sessions and document comprehensive technical solutions, leveraging advanced AI tools to review architectural assumptions and simulate system edge cases Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles Integrate predictive and generative AI capabilities within custom Salesforce environments, optimizing platform performance and resource utilization Champion AI-first delivery methodologies by utilizing developer assistants and agentic frameworks to accelerate solution implementation and ensure code quality Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, using tools like GitHub Copilot and AI coding assistants to optimize custom code, integrations, and data migrations Develop and implement frameworks to measure AI performance and business value, focusing on ROI and system efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging AI diagnostics to interpret logs and isolate performance bottlenecks Required Skills: Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Integration and ETL technologies for data migration and system connectivity Mobile development technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem Experience with AI development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agentforce for autonomous AI integration Experience designing and modeling large data volumes using AI platforms Advanced proficiency in developer assistants like Cursor and Claude Experience with agentic evaluation frameworks for AI performance Knowledge of Salesforce pre-sales activities including technical deep-dives and POC development Ability to liaise with Salesforce product teams for client implementations Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
