TCE Project Manager - Senior (M/F)

Our partner is a General Contractor specializing in layout, fit-out, renovation, and project management in the Retail and Tertiary sectors.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on Tertiary & Retail projects.

The position in detail The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the completion of the construction sites entrusted to them. Their actions begin as soon as the file is handed over; they are the new head of the business throughout the entire duration of the works until the clearance of reservations.

As such, your missions will be:

In the pre-project phase: Identify client needs Surround themselves with cross-functional skills internally and externally in order to meet their needs Formulate a global and unified "group" response to the client. In the project execution phase: To complete their team with the skills necessary for the execution of the missions sold during the pre-project phase To establish the missions of each member of their team. To coordinate and control the work of the members of their project team. To communicate with the client during the entire project phase by setting up weekly meetings aimed at communicating on schedule progress and points to be validated Administrative and financial management of the file (purchase forecasting, margin control, drafting quotes for additional works from file preparation until closure

Required qualities Prerequisites: Fluent English Technical knowledge of second-fix trades Knowledge of labor code and ERP regulations Team coordination Customer relations - loyalty

Profile sought From a technical background, minimum Bac +5 / Master's or Engineering Degree Minimum 7 years of experience in project management in tertiary and/or retail environments.
