Scope of responsibilities:
- Acquiring large-scale PV, BESS, and PV+BESS projects in Europe for implementation in EPC, construction, or strategic cooperation formulas,
- Active searching for new projects, market and developer pipeline analysis, and reaching out to their owners, developers, and investors,
- Utilizing an extensive network of business contacts in at least one of the following markets: Germany, Ireland, Denmark, or Sweden, to acquire new projects and partnerships,
- Managing business opportunities from initial contact, through qualification and negotiation, to project acquisition and contract signing,
- Building and developing a strong project pipeline and continuously monitoring its status, potential, and cooperation opportunities,
- Assessing projects from a commercial and business perspective and collaborating with technical teams.
Requirements:
- education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
- foreign languages: English - speaking: C2 - proficient, writing: C2 - proficient - mandatory
- other professions: Business Development Director - mandatory

- higher education;
- 2 years of professional experience;
- very good negotiation and communication skills, high personal culture, independence, and result-oriented mindset;
- very good knowledge of the English language;
- experience in acquiring new projects and developing a pipeline, from initial contact to a specific business opportunity;
- experience in Business Development, Project Origination, Sales, or Project Development, preferably in RES, energy, or construction;
- extensive network of contacts in the German, Irish, Danish, or Swedish market, especially among developers, IPP, investors, and project owners;
- good knowledge of the RES market and large-scale PV and/or BESS projects.
