Your role as a Hard HR & Legal Expert As a Hard HR & Legal Expert, you are responsible for expanding and managing various hard-HR processes, with a strong focus on data-driven working, legal compliance, and a future-oriented compensation & benefits policy. You develop clear reports and dashboards in collaboration with IT, translate KPIs into insightful analyses, and advise stakeholders based on trends and data. Additionally, you identify opportunities for digitalization and automation and actively participate in their implementation, so that efficiency and transparency within the HR domain are continuously strengthened.
You ensure the correct application of labor law in all relevant countries, closely monitor changes in legislation, and proactively advise on risks. At the same time, you translate corporate policies into clear, applicable guidelines and ensure clear documentation and communication within the organization. Within compensation & benefits, you manage and optimize the salary policy at national and international levels, perform benchmarks, and build transparent salary structures that align with the strategy and growth of the organization. In this role, you work closely with internal stakeholders at both national and international levels and contribute to a stable, efficient, and future-oriented HR environment.
- Strong expertise in hard HR (reporting, payroll, and labor law) with a focus on compliance and setting up audit-proof processes.
- Demonstrable experience with data-driven HR, including dashboards, KPI reporting, and automation (HRIS, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with compensation & benefits, including (inter)national benchmarks and the development of transparent salary structures.
- Analytical, accurate, and able to translate data into strategic and substantiated advice for various stakeholders.
- Mature and proactive professional with experience in an international context, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluent knowledge of English (French is a plus).
