Freelance HR Business Controller

As a Freelance HR Data Analyst, your tasks will be as follows:

• You manage HR controlling through budgets, forecasts, headcount, and cost analyses.
• You analyze and add value to HR data via dashboards, KPIs, and reporting intended for management.
• You ensure the management, optimization, and reliability of HR systems (HRIS) and associated data.
• You coordinate HR digital transformation projects and the implementation of new tools in collaboration with IT.
• You support stakeholders by presenting analyses and recommendations aimed at supporting performance and decision-making.

Your profile as a Freelance HR Data Analyst matches the following criteria:

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or Human Resources; a dual competence in Finance + HR is a major asset.
• You have 8 to 12 years of experience in controlling, HR budget management, data analysis, and managing transformation projects in an international environment.
• You are proficient in English at a minimum C1 level, both spoken and written; knowledge of French and other languages is a plus.
• You are IT friendly: you easily use Excel, data reporting and analysis tools, budgeting/forecasting platforms, and HRIS; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.
• You are an analytical, results-oriented person, with collaborative leadership, excellent communication skills, and a focus on supporting change.
