Job description

In this freelance assignment, you will work as a tender agent in Zaventem. Our client is looking for an experienced tender agent in the pharmaceutical sector for a full-time assignment. Working through Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions means that you retain all your freedom as a Freelancer, but you easily find new assignments and simplify your administration.

As a Tender agent, your job consists of:

• Following the entire tender or procurement process from A to Z.
• You will search for tenders in which our client can participate and review the files thoroughly.
• You collect information from various internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance,..
• You handle all communication fluently in English
• Deadlines are not a problem and you follow them meticulously.

As a freelancer, you would like to further deepen your current expertise or share it with companies.

Your background includes, among other things:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree and experience in public procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• Knowledge of the general rules of public procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a nice to have. Good knowledge of MS Office is required.

Soft skills with which you identify yourself are:

• You work very accurately and communicate strongly.
• You can handle deadlines well.
