What will you do??????

As Recruitment Specialist IT, you will play a key role in our entire recruitment process. You will manage the hiring process from A to Z and ensure a professional candidate experience. Thanks to your expertise and insights, you will optimize processes and contribute to a future-oriented recruitment strategy:

• You manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z: from budget alignment and vacancy intake to writing, publishing, and following up on vacancies
• You work daily with our international sourcing partner, receive relevant candidates, and conduct professional screenings via Teams
• You coordinate all interview rounds and additional steps for senior and specialized IT profiles
• You support the final phase of recruitment by preparing contract proposals and consulting closely with hiring managers.

Are you the Recruitment Specialist IT we are looking for? Then you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have several years of experience in talent acquisition and an affinity for recruiting IT profiles
• You have excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset
• You work independently and proactively, with a positive mindset and strong organizational skills
• You communicate clearly, set priorities effortlessly, and combine smooth operational work with process improvement
