SITE ENGINEER

1.Assist the Construction Supervisor in the completion of projects with adherence to the construction standard and policies at project site. Implements the approved construction plans and reports actual project accomplishments to his department. To ensure that every item of work is done within schedule and quality.

2.Responsible for preparing job orders, cost estimates, billings, reports, and material requests with accuracy and completeness.

3.Oversees subdivision maintenance activities, including the upkeep of entrance gates, common facilities, and road/block grass cutting.

4.Monitor and supervise housing and land development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The coordinator also manages material inventory, evaluates construction bond applications, oversees punch list and post-move in complaint (PMIC) works, conducts house inspections, and performs other assigned tasks to meet organizational needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Ensures that every time of work was done with respect to the approved construction drawing and specification. Work done in accordance with the standard procedure and methodology.

2.Create/assist in the creation of topographical/land survey maps for the project.

3.Will administer the actual movement of labor, materials and equipment cost. Conformity to the construction plans, in order to help produce the required productivity output of construction accomplishment.

5.Ensure that correct implementation of work was followed in order to minimize labor, materials and equipment wastages. Verify materials issued as per BOM versus actual used, identify excess and/or lacking materials.

6.Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the construction area.

7.He will ensure the safekeeping of important records and documents in order to have reference in the succeeding years by exercising five S.

8.Prepare job orders, cost estimates, billings, reports, and requests for materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

9.Handle subdivision maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of the entrance gate, common facilities, road/block grass cutting, and other related areas.

10.Monitor and supervise housing and land development works to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

11.Monitor and control the inventory of materials required for the projects, ensuring availability and efficient allocation.

12.Evaluate and recommend construction bond applications, issue gate passes, and oversee compliance with relevant regulations.

13.Assist in monitoring punch list and Post-move in complain (PMIC) works, conduct house inspections, and address any necessary repairs or modifications.

14.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, adapting to changing priorities and needs of the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:

BS in Civil Engineer graduate with PRC License Can work under minimum supervision.
