An exciting opportunity for a vice president in professional services, within a VC backed SaaS company with an established international team and some outstanding clients. As part of ongoing growth, they are looking to hire a VP professional services who will ensure outstanding post sale experience and seek to deliver process improvement, team growth and create structure and process that will be effective as the business increases team size.
Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
- Leading and developing the Professional Services function across an international SaaS organisation
- Owning the post-sale customer journey, ensuring clients receive an outstanding implementation and ongoing service experience
- Building and refining Professional Services strategy, processes and operating models to support continued high growth
- Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across Professional Services
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from sale through to delivery
- Building strong relationships with key clients and acting as a senior escalation point where required
To be successful you will likely have:
- Proven senior leadership experience within a SaaS or software business
- Significant experience leading Professional Services, Services Delivery, Implementation or Consulting functions
- Strong commercial understanding of Professional Services, including utilisation, margins, resource planning and delivery performance
- Demonstrable experience driving process improvement and operational transformation
- Experience working with complex SaaS implementations and enterprise customers
- Experience within retail, consumer or adjacent sectors would be highly advantageous
