Brand Presence and Community Manager

We're Mooncut and Bride & Groom Video, two sister companies in the post-production industry based in Panama and growing fast. We work with videographers, filmmakers, and studios across the US, Canada, and Europe, and we're looking for someone who can build our brand's presence both through original content and genuine community engagement.

Compensation: Open / negotiable based on experience — let us know your rate.

What you'll do:

• Plan, design, and post social media content (posts, stories, reels) that feels true to our brand
• Engage authentically in Reddit threads, Facebook groups, Quora, and Threads to grow our organic presence
• Manage comments, DMs, and interactions with a warm, human tone
• Help drive leads, backlinks, and visibility across both social platforms and online communities
• Keep our content calendar organized and consistent

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in social media management and/or community management
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Excellent written English with a natural, non-scripted tone
• Based in Panama, available to come into our office 1 day a week
• Bonus: familiarity with SEO/AEO concepts
• Flexible schedule (freelance/part-time or full-time available). Long-term opportunity with a growing company and real room for internal growth.
