Creche Teacher

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early years learning goals. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners, including those with additional needs. Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Observe, assess, and document learning progress. Promote inclusive practices and celebrate diversity in the classroom. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate with the teaching team and participate in school events and professional development. Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and positive behaviour always.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Montessori Diploma EYTS ECE Diploma, or equivalent). Excellent communication Observation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures. Proven experience working with children from 5 months to 5 years. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
