IT Support Officer (Working at Soi Lat Phrao 110)

Your tasks

1. Support & Monitor the organization's Network equipment
2. Design/Maintain/Troubleshoot the organization's Network Infrastructure
3. Maintain and check information systems to ensure readiness according to ISO 27001 standards
4. Annual Preventive Maintenance of computer equipment
5. Oversee installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network systems for the Head Office/Branches/Customers
6. Maintain and repair computer equipment, PC Notebook, Network, Internet, Wireless to ensure they are always ready for use
7. Coordinate Technical Support with various medical device Vendors
8. Oversee the organization's CCTV and Voip systems
9. Other assigned tasks

Requirements

1. Male only, aged 25 years and above
2. High patience, dedicated to work, service-minded, and has good interpersonal skills
3. Able to work upcountry
4. Possess a driver's license
5. Able to communicate in English at an operational level (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
6. Able to use computers and Microsoft office programs well
7. Able to work with colleagues and continuously develop oneself
