Your tasks
- Monitor, control, and optimize LNG production processes to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
- Establish protocols and safety standards and ensure the plant operations comply with operational procedures, operation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
2. Supervision & Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and guide plant bottling operators and technicians during daily operations.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
