Outlet Manager

Salary: From 2800 to $5,500/month We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. Responsibilities:

• Manage overall day-to-day café operations
• Lead, supervise and train outlet staff
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and service standards
• Monitor sales and work towards outlet targets
• Manage stock ordering, inventory, cost control and wastage
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs
• Provide regular outlet performance updates to management

Requirements:

• F&B, café or restaurant experience preferred
• Supervisory or management experience is an advantage
• Responsible, hands-on and able to lead a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
