Your Role
- Planning and dispatching of customer orders using owned and third-party vehicles for both liquid and solid products *
Route planning and/or optimal utilization of the fleet *
Obtaining freight quotes *
Responsible transport assignment and maintaining contact with our customer account managers, order service, and service providers *
Deadline monitoring, invoicing, and complaint processing *
Processing of service inquiries and general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training, preferably as a Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d), and have professional experience in a similar role *
Furthermore, you can demonstrate experience with modern route planning systems (ideally TRAMPAS and Trimble) as well as knowledge of dangerous goods transport law and customs clearance *
Good English skills and confident handling of the MS-Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook) are required
