Your contribution:
- You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly motivated team
- You will build, develop and retain a loyal clientele by leveraging all customer relationship tools (CRM tool: Salesforce)
- You will support in executing smart boutique events in an inclusive atmosphere
- You will identify areas of improvement by understanding customer needs, and following market trends
- You will guarantee an impeccable after sales service in line with company standards
- You will translate business goals into achievable team and individual targets
- You will assess and monitor the daily performance
- You will support with monitoring sales trends of allocated products through tools, timeframes, and methods defined by management
- You will be managing the team performance through coaching and mentoring
