Technical Assistant & Coordinator

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related technical field (Civil,Structural Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical)
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project (planning, technical coordination, engineering roles)
• Experience in evaluating design drawings versus actual site conditions (structure and/or architecture preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including Critical Path Method, baseline management, progress tracking, and variance analysis
• Ability to analyze technical disputes (drawing vs actual), prepare clear evaluation reports, and provide structured recommendations
• Good knowledge of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and local construction regulations
• Familiarity with PBG/SLF documentation process is a plu
