Site Supervisor

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar position.
3. Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and BOQ/RAB.
4. Experienced in monitoring project progress, quality, and construction activities.
5. Able to coordinate workers, subcontractors, and project teams effectively.
6. Good knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of other construction software is an advantage.
8. Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
9. Willing to work full-time on-site and adapt to project requirements.
