Your tasks
- Manage sourcing and procurement of ingredients, packaging and related materials.
- Conduct RFQs, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and cost comparison.
- Manage supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Identify cost-saving and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Monitor & ensure supply continuity.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects.
- Work closely with R&D, QA, Operations, SCM and Finance.
- Manage POs, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Any ad-hoc project as required
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- At least 3 years purchasing experience in hospitality/ F&B industry
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
