Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to bake all kinds of bread/cake from dough

• Knowledge of latest bread/cake trends and able to replicate them

• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all materials

• Operate and maintain baking equipment for smooth daily operations

• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to uphold our reputation

• Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration

• Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment

• Execute any other duties as assigned.
