Responsibilities:

Create graphics, flyers, and simple marketing designs Assist in managing the company's social media accounts Support content creation and scheduling Edit images and visuals for property listings Engage with followers across platforms Assist in planning campaigns and online promotions Maintain consistent visual branding Provide creative ideas to support the marketing team

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or content creation Must be neat, well-groomed, and professionally presented Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools Basic understanding of social media trends Creative mindset and willingness to learn Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail
