After-Sales Service Maintenance Technician M/F (M/F)

Main missions:

Within our SAV department, and in direct contact with your manager and technical teams, the technician is the maintenance expert for our customers:

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnose faults and ensure repairs (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, electrotechnical, welding).
• Prepare interventions and organize the schedule according to priorities.
• Write reports and provide technical assistance, including remotely.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction in all circumstances.

Position based in France - possible travel to sites in France and abroad.

Required technical skills:

• A Bac Pro / Bac+2 training in maintenance (agricultural equipment, TP, mechanics).
• A successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
• Solid skills in multi-technical diagnosis and repair.

Required transversal skills:

• Team spirit, rigor, and curiosity to learn and share knowledge.
• A good level of English (B1/B2) - Italian would be a plus!
• Driving license B mandatory.
