Your tasks

• Test planning & Estimates
• Functional Testing, End-to-End, System Integration Testing
• Assess Change Impact, Testing Risks, Mitigation Strategies
• Escalate risks to Manager, QA and Development; drive resolution
• Monitor execution, Reporting
• Maintain Test Assets, Data & Knowledge Base
• Manage UAT issues, Defect Validation and Fix Verification
• Continuously improve testing time, cost & quality

Candidate should present

• Strong organization, be able to short- and long-term planning
• Resilience, flexibility and assertiveness under pressure
• Sound judgement across time, priority, quality and risk

Optional

• Proven system test experience in financial services
• Experience coordinating testing across projects / multiple testers
