BRAVO MONTACARGAS REQUESTS: TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Requirements: Intermediate - Advanced English, Technical knowledge (machinery, automotive, electrical, etc.), preferably forklifts, Visa and passport

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical training to the internal service personnel of Bravo Montacargas and Branches.
2. Design the training program to be delivered: Presentation, participant manual, exercises, etc.
3. Schedule training sessions in advance of the training event.
4. Deliver updated support manuals and required materials for the course to the training participants.
5. Ensure and verify that all necessary teaching materials are ready before the delivery of the course.
6. Deliver and develop training in accordance with the annual technical training and development plan and program.
7. Analyze general documentation: attendance list, exams, achievement evaluations, etc.
8. Analyze and implement improvements to the training programs and technical training.
9. Schedule and attend certification courses in order to increase knowledge and update information for the courses to be delivered.

• Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Technological Baccalaureate
• 3 years of experience
• Age: between 25 and 60 years
• Knowledge: Personnel training
• Availability to travel: Yes
