Mission of the Role: Act in the management and control of E&P exploratory projects, ensuring asset profitability, regulatory compliance, and excellence in contract and partnership management.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Monitor and control costs and obligations associated with exploratory projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and contracts.
• Track financial and operational indicators, evaluating performance and proposing adjustments to optimize asset profitability.
• Provide support in the administration of concession, consortium, JBAs, and JOAs contracts, assisting in negotiation, execution, and closure.
• Support the management of partnerships in exploratory projects, ensuring strategic alignment among stakeholders.
• Manage the filing and updating of exploratory documentation, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Provide support to audits of operated and non-operated exploratory projects, ensuring transparency and adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in the oil and gas industry. Knowledge of legal frameworks, E&P contracts, constitution, and partnership governance.
• Experience with documentation storage and project management for financial monitoring and control of activities and budgets.
• Skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, and enterprise management system (SAP).
• Completed Higher Education.
• Intermediate / Advanced English.
• Easy Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and ease of adaptation.
